These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at ried.co.in (the "Site") and any services offered on it by RIED Pvt. Ltd. ("RIED", "we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Site, submitting an enquiry, registering an account, or purchasing a service through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its systems, or any account that is not your own.
Certain areas of the Site (for example, a future member or founder area) may require you to register with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Please tell us immediately at hello@ried.co.in if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Interactive tools on the Site, such as the Idea Quest assessment, are provided for informational and self-reflection purposes only. Results, scores, and recommendations are indicative and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or investment advice, and do not guarantee acceptance into any RIED program.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, frameworks (such as RIVS and RRCI), and software — is the property of RIED Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
General descriptions of RIED's programs and services appear on the Site for informational purposes. Specific commercial terms, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement (for example, incorporation support, grant readiness, or scale-up services) will be confirmed separately in writing before work begins — either through a signed agreement, a proposal, or an on-site checkout flow. Where the Site allows online payment for a package, our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.
The Site integrates with, or links to, third-party tools including Cal.com (scheduling), WhatsApp (messaging), Chatbase (AI chat assistant), Web3Forms (form delivery), and — for future paid services — Razorpay (payment processing). These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. RIED is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. RIED does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RIED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold RIED, its directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
